911Studio ("we", "us", "our") operates the Lexio language-learning application for Android (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, why we collect it, and how it is used, shared, and protected.
By installing or using Lexio, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account information (when you sign in)
Lexio uses Google Sign-In powered by Firebase Authentication. Access to the App requires signing in with a Google account. When you sign in, we receive:
- Your Google account email address
- Your display name and profile photo provided by Google
- A unique user ID (UID) generated by Firebase
Inside the App, you may also choose a custom username, display name, and bio. Sign-in is required to sync your progress to the cloud and to access community features.
1.2 Learning progress and app data
To make lessons adaptive and restore your progress across devices, we store:
- Chosen learning and native languages, daily goals, and onboarding preferences
- XP, level, gold, streak count, streak shields, achievements, and completed lessons
- Vocabulary review state (spaced-repetition scheduling data)
- Story progress and quiz results
- Seasonal progression data (season keys, claimed season missions, seasonal CRP, and season rank)
- Unlocked and equipped cosmetic items (avatar frames and themes)
- Daily usage quotas (speaky, translation, and lesson limits to preserve account integrity)
- Community interactions (lessons created, completed, liked, saved, rated, and reported; followed creators)
This data is stored locally on your device (so you can play offline) and, when connected, synced to Google Cloud Firestore so it survives reinstalls and works across devices.
1.3 Profile information you provide
Profile photo: If you choose to upload a custom profile photo from your device gallery, the image file is uploaded to Google Cloud Firebase Storage. A secure download URL is stored in your profile so your avatar displays across your devices, on public leaderboards, and on your community creator card. You can remove or replace your profile photo at any time in Profile Settings.
Referral code: Each account receives a unique referral code. When a code is redeemed, we record the involved account IDs to grant referral bonuses. We never access your contacts or phone number.
Community lessons: If you create and publish community lessons, the lesson title, description, content, and your creator attribution are stored in Firestore and made available to other learners.
1.4 Voice input (microphone)
Pronunciation exercises use your device microphone. Audio is sent to the device's Google speech-recognition service solely to convert your speech into text so the App can check your pronunciation. We DO NOT record, store, or transmit your voice recordings ourselves — only the resulting text is used, and only on your device.
1.5 Purchases
Lexio offers optional subscriptions, lifetime access plans, and consumable gold top-ups through Google Play Billing. All payment processing is handled by Google Play. We never see or store your credit card number, billing address, or payment details. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed.
1.6 Advertising data
The free version of Lexio shows advertisements brokered by Unity LevelPlay (interstitial and rewarded ads). Unity and the ad networks it sells inventory to may process your advertising identifier and device metrics only after you provide explicit consent in the app.
1.7 Information we do NOT collect
- We do not collect your precise GPS location.
- We do not collect your contacts, SMS, call logs, or browsing history.
- We do not record or store your voice.
- We do not collect sensitive information (health, biometric, financial data).
2. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
3. Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following trusted third-party services:

- Google Play Billing & Services: Google (Privacy Policy)
4. Data Retention & Account Deletion
You maintain full ownership of your data. You may permanently delete your account directly inside the app at any time:
In-App Deletion Steps: Open Lexio → Navigate to Profile → Scroll down to Delete Account → Confirm Delete Forever.
This action permanently deletes your cloud profile, progress, XP, streaks, uploaded photos, community lessons, social interactions, and Firebase authentication record.
Manual Deletion Request: If you have uninstalled the App or cannot access it, email us from your registered Google account at safeyeddie@gmail.com. We will process and confirm your complete data deletion within 30 days.
5. Children's Privacy
Lexio is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
