Welcome to Lexio, operated by 911Studio ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lexio mobile application for Android and associated services.
By creating an account, downloading, or using Lexio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
1. User Accounts & Sign-In
Access to Lexio requires authenticating via a valid Google Account through Google Sign-In. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and credentials. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your country) to create an account and use the service.
2. Community Content & Code of Conduct
Lexio enables users to create and publish custom educational lessons, community stories, ratings, and comments. By posting community content, you grant 911Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute this content within the app.
You agree not to submit or publish any content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or abusive.
- Infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights of third parties.
- Contains automated spam, referral link farming, or malicious code.
- Attempts to manipulate creator ratings or leaderboards artificially.
We reserve the right to remove any community content or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
3. Virtual Economy & In-App Purchases
The App may offer virtual items, such as XP, Gold, streak shields, and cosmetic themes. These items are non-transferable, possess no real-world monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency.
All in-app purchases, memberships, or subscriptions (such as Nitro or Pro) are processed securely through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play’s terms of service and refund policies.
4. Intellectual Property
The Lexio application, code, interface designs, original mascot artwork, sound effects, curriculum structure, and brand assets are the exclusive intellectual property of 911Studio and are protected under copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Lexio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maintain high educational accuracy and seamless uptime, 911Studio makes no warranties that the app will be completely uninterrupted, error-free, or meet specific language proficiency test results.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 911Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
7. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms periodically. Notice of significant updates will be posted in the App or on this website. Your continued use of Lexio after updates represents acceptance of the revised Terms.
